D. Davaasuren

D. Davaasuren is a graduate of the Mongolian National University of Arts and Culture and President of the Mongolian Jaw Harp Association. He is a versatile performer specializing in several forms of Mongolian traditional music, including flute, jaw harp, and khoomei throat singing.

He is actively engaged in the research, preservation, development, and international promotion of Mongolia's traditional musical heritage and has performed at concerts and cultural events throughout Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

In 2015, he won Second Prize in the Jaw Harp category at the international Olonkho Competition held in Yakutia, Russia.
